The Heights almost feels like you are in Austin. There are lots of hole in the wall bars and eateries here. Fitzgerald’s is in The Heights if you are keen on live music from local bands. If you own a bicycle it’s the perfect place to be with plenty of organized biking events and pub crawls.
It’s hard to come up with any cons because this may be one of our favorite areas of town, but if we had to name one you will pay a premium for rent because Houston Heights Apartments are located inside the loop.

These Heights area apartments are the most sophisticated in the bunch. Always kept up with and super clean.

Reasonably priced for the area. Unique floorplans with some loft style units.
2125 Yale St
Bike trails, billiard rooms, historic pine wood floors, and cabanas with wet bars! Nuff said.
